Code of conduct and conflicts of interest

The code of conduct and conflicts of interest policy

All members on the East Riding Pension Fund's Local Pension Board members must adhere to the East Riding of Yorkshire Council's code of conduct for members.

It is also a legal requirement that members of the East Riding Pension Fund's Local Pension Board do not have a conflict of interest and that they declare this position.

This policy sets out the principles that members of the East Riding Pension Fund Local Pension Board are expected to follow in order to fulfill their legal obligations in identifying, monitoring and managing potential, actual or perceived conflicts of interest.

The full policy for the code of conduct and conflicts of interest for East Riding Pension Fund Local Pension Board Members is available in the below document:

A full register of any reported possible or actual conflicts of interest is maintained and reviewed annually by the East Riding of Yorkshire Council, as the administering Authority.
