ERPFMSS stands for East Riding Pension Fund Member Self Service and is an online portal which allows you to securely access your pension record(s) administered by East Riding Pension Fund.
If you're an active or deferred member, you'll be able to view your basic membership information, service and pay details, and other information about your record, including any letters that have been sent to you. You will also be able to see your future annual benefit statements and use the pension modeller to estimate your pension benefits at retirement.
You can complete online forms to update your name, address, contact details, marital status, death grant nomination details and, if you're a pensioner, your bank account details. You will also be able to opt in or out of the Main and 50:50 schemes, request transfers in or out of the scheme, complete various forms online such as retirement claim forms and upload supporting documents.
If you're in receipt of a pension that is paid by us, you'll be able to view and print your payslips and P60s.
The news section is regularly updated with news relating to the pension scheme and its members.
ERPF use and share your data to enable us to administer your pension benefits. ERPF's privacy notice gives full details of how we use your data and who your information is used.
It is very important that you adhere to ERPF's terms and conditions of use and do not share your username and password. If you think someone else may have had access to your username and password details please notify us immediately on (01482) 394113.
ERPFMSS is updated whenever a change is made to your pension record. For example, when payroll runs, when benefit statements are produced, or if you request a change of bank, address or contact details. If you are an active member that has a change to your employment such as a change of hours or post, this will be reflected on ERPFMSS as soon as the information is received from your employer. Your ERPFMSS record will also be updated as soon as we have dealt with a request you submitted.
When a new document is added to ERPFMSS you will receive a notification via e-mail to your registered e-mail address, prompting you to log in and view the new document.
If you have been registered for ERPFMSS, we strongly suggest you receive information from us though this format, as it eliminates the risk of letters not reaching you. If you would still like to receive information through the post instead, you must contact ERPF in writing. Your ERPFMSS account will be closed and if you wish to sign up for ERPFMSS again in the future please contact us on (01482) 394113.

This is the way your employer has provided us with your employment details. If the option to link your records is applicable to you, we will have written to you, or be about to through ERPFMSS. If your records are consecutive, you have one year from joining your active record to link your records. If they are concurrent, they can be linked at any time provided you remain in one of the concurrent employments.
If all your records are deferred, they cannot be linked together.
Your employer provides us with this information and therefore any queries you have regarding this should be directed to your payroll department in the first instance. If there are any corrections to make, they will notify us.
If you are full time, your hours are recorded as a percentage - 100%.
You can only nominate a beneficiary for a death grant. An ongoing pension will be paid automatically to an eligible spouse, co-habiting partner and any eligible children. Please see Benefits for your family for further information.
